Our Story
Paragon Compliance was established as a dedicated compliance consulting firm following the success of Oshe-Pro Services (Pty) Ltd, which served as a trusted Occupational Health & Safety consultancy for several years.
Recognising the growing need for integrated ISO and SHEQ consulting, founder Neville John Dick — a certified ISO Lead Auditor and seasoned compliance specialist — created Paragon Compliance to deliver full-spectrum compliance solutions that bridge the gap between strategy, implementation, and certification.
Today, Paragon Compliance continues this vision — combining technical expertise with a hands-on approach to help organisations achieve and maintain certification to global standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 13485, 17025, and 22000, as well as FSSC 22000.

Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (SABS), and qualified auditor for ISO 27001 Implementation and Auditing. With over 12 years of experience in SHEQ and ISO consulting, Neville combines deep technical knowledge with a forward-thinking approach to system implementation and audit readiness.
Samantha Herbst — OHS & Food Safety Specialist
An OHS Consulting Specialist and FSSC Food Safety Auditor, Samantha has over 8 years of experience across the construction, manufacturing, and food industries. She’s known for her client-focused approach and her ability to implement sustainable, compliant systems that truly work in practice.
